The Club House & Amenities at Yalick Farms
The Club House at Yalick Farms is the flagship for our vision of a village style
community.  This building will act as a community center for the residents of
Yalick Farms.  The warm inviting exterior will welcome all residents and
guests to the property.  The gorgeous interior will provide a Ballroom for
residents to use for gatherings such as birthday parties, wedding receptions,
or meetings.  There is a full kitchen available to aide in personal or
professional catering.  A fitness room will be housed here for residents to use
at their discretion.  Also inside these walls will be an office for the
administrative needs of Yalick Farms such as bookkeeping, or planning. On
the lower level, you'll find a game room, locker rooms, and pool manager's
office. In the rear of the Club House is where the Swimming Pool and Tennis
Courts are located.  The Club House is truly a village centered facility that
offers tangible evidence of the community we are creating here at Yalick
Farms. And it's yours to enjoy when you live here, private memberships will
not be sold!!

A Few Things About Our Pool You May Not Know!

The (over 5,000 square feet of) decking is “Kool Deck”, a stucco-like finish popular in the Southwest, in
contrasting Mauve and Adobe, which stays cool to the feet.  The pool was built for recreation and
competition, with five regulation (75’) racing lanes and starting blocks.  Its plaster finish is 3M Color Quartz in
Cayman green, and its 90,000 gallons are heated with an 800.000 btu heater, and filtered by more than a ton of
gravel and sand.  The pool features two sets of walk-in stairs, and a 50’ long “sun shelf” ledge for those who
may want to relax in just 6” of water. The pool is lit from within the water and boasts six fountains that glow
with color-changing lights. There is also a kiddie pool for children's enjoyment. In the coming weeks a chair
lift will be installed to help those with mobility issues enter the water. We just know that you will fall in love!
