your carbon footprint because we have already thought of it for you, and so have the

conscious, they are also virtually maintenance-free. Helping you and Mother Nature at
the same time. Now that's an idea!
Some of Things We Do at Yalick Farms Beyond Using Sound Manufacturers:

The easiest thing to take for granted in construction sometimes is the site work. People tend to accept that land will be graded flat and a building will be plopped
in the middle. That's not at all how we design or build at Yalick Farms. Here we appreciate the natural beauty of our site. To keep the integrity of what Mother
Nature gave us, we always go with the natural lay of land. For example, even though we may have four townhome units under one roof, each unit may step up
and down, forward and back individually. By doing this, we only minimally disrupt the natural water flow of our environment. As far as aesthetics are concerned it
gives us a design opportunity to treat each home individually in the landscaping, sidewalk, front stoop, and driveway design. On the inside, it keeps our residents
on different planes than their neighbors. What this translates to is better sound quality and more privacy on the front stoop and back porches. Of course, it is not
the easiest or most economical of building practices. However, it is
better building practice. When we tell our residents they will be coming home to quality, we
believe it. We want them to take the beauty for granted. The difficulty in getting there is our concern, not yours!

We sprinkle and maintain the landscaping for you as part of your Homeowner's Association fees. At Yalick Farms we use sod in our front yards so that your
landscaping is in place when you move in. Perennials are planted and mulched. You get the garden without the gardening!

As we build, we pour our sidewalks and plant large flowering trees to line them. These trees will provide shaded walkways while adding character to our site.

All of our buildings' guttering goes to the storm sewer and our curb and gutter is in place throughout the site. This means that rain water and snow melt is put
back into nature without causing erosion or pooling on top of the sidewalks, roadways and driveways. It keeps the natural cycle going. In the winter, as an added
benefit, it means that there will be less pooling water to make your sidewalks and driveways slick. Less ice means less salt usage.

A portion of the site at Yalick Farms is mitigated wetlands. That means that no development will be done in these areas keeping that natural ponds and wildlife
sustained. An added benefit of this portion of the property is natural beauty. The wooded area surrounding the lower portion of the site will always remain. That'll
keep the birds singing as well as our residents.

We use Hardie Plank & Shakes on our exteriors to add a colonial feel to the character of our site. What that means for the
Homeowner is a wood look from an environmentally friendly, low maintenance product. Constructed of cement fibers and
pre-finished at the factory, Hardie Plank is as energy efficient as it is beautiful. Other benefits of Hardie Plank, just to name a few,
are wind resistance, sound quality, and durability. To learn more about Hardie Plank and sustainability, visit the green portion of
the
