Clubhouse
The Clubhouse at Yalick Farms is really an extension of your home. Besides housing our management offices and other rooms, the centerpiece of the Clubhouse is an open-design, community room available for use by all tenants and owners. Simply reserve the room with our property manager and you have a beautiful, spacious spot for to host a party, family gathering, reunion, or meeting. With a full kitchen, wet bar, fireplace, multiple HD televisions, leather couches, available tables and chairs, and ample temporary parking, it’s the perfect place for your next event.
Swimming Pool
Our 75’ x 40’, 90,000 gallon, heated and lighted lap pool, complete with 6 fountains, is available in the summer months to all tenants and their guests* at Yalick Farms. The “Kool Deck” around the pool stays comfortable to walk on no matter how scorching the sun gets. Sit on the “sun shelf” and just laze in the water, or get your laps in before or after work. There’s even a kiddie pool for the little ones. Our pool also features a chair lift for our differently-abled residents. *Guests must be with Yalick Farms tenant to use pool facilities.
Tennis Court
With a top-notch playing surface, the tennis court at Yalick is conveniently located next to the pool and enclosed by an extra high fence to keep players from chasing balls into the bordering woods. It is open in all the warm weather months. Simply walk over and start volleying!
